This is a very special coffee from Brazil, a competition coffee. The farmer developed his own processing method which he called 'Tropical Storm'.

In this coffee you'll experience a silky coconut milk body, along with pineapple notes and a hint of pineapple.

The pouch is recyclable. The card is paperwise. The stickers are recycled paper.

This coffee is best consumed the period between one week to three months after roasting. This way you make sure freshness is assured, since roasted coffee loses its aromas as time passes. Consuming it too early, will result in less aroma in your cup. Coffee needs at least a week rest after roasting, in order for aromas to fully develop.

This coffee is an omni-roast (suitable for filter and espresso)

This package includes 125 g whole beans

flavour profile: banana, pineapple, silky coconut milk

variety: yello catuaí, mundo novo, obatã

altitude: 740 masl

About the producer:

Luiz is more of a coffee scientist who happens to run a farm than a farmer. Every aspect of the growth and thriving of his coffee plants is thought about and tweaked through regenerative, microbial, fungal and other kinds of highly technical but natural growing and processing methods.

About the process:

Competition coffee. First step cherry ferment, then starter culture in anaerobic environment, difference with Honeymoon is that it’s pulped afterwards, and dried as a pulped coffee. Created for elegance in taste.
